TPO Roofing System Installation, Nashua NH

This project centers on installing a new fully adhered TPO roofing system. Crews will remove wet roofing and insulation down to the deck where moisture is found, replace damaged insulation with new polyiso to match existing thickness, and replace metal decking where needed. New aluminum flashing will be installed at all curbs, parapets and penetrations, along with new gutters, downspouts, coping, wood blocking and PVC vent boots. The scope also includes walkway mats at mechanical units, new fascia edging and full debris removal. Work will be coordinated around rooftop HVAC replacements. A minimum 20 year warranty is required.
