Project Description:
Commercial reroofing was completed in Virginia for an Amazon Warehouse using TPO as the primary roofing material. The project included installing two layers of ISO insulation, tapered insulation for drainage, coverboard, and 60 mil TPO across all roof sections with Rhinobond attachment. Closed cell foam was added at all gaps and penetrations. Crews flashed all walls, curbs, drains, and scuppers, and installed extensive edge metal, coping, termination bar, gutters, downspouts, expansion joints, walk pads, and pipe boots. Work covered the warehouse, office, canopy, guardhouses, and pumphouse. Warranty includes a 20 year NDL and a 2 year OSR.
